I hated dizziness my whole career until I came across his videos and then I began to preferentially pick those patients up (weird, I know). I hated it because I was never taught how to evaluate them properly. All these tables comparing central versus peripheral characteristics were just a waste of time. Dr. Johns is clearly the expert on the emergency evaluation of such patients and I would recommend that any residency that doesn't have an expert teaching about this should make this required viewing. https://www.youtube.com/@PeterJohns
This score is silly. Become an expert at vertigo by following Dr. Peter Johns' YouTube channel.
No argument from me on that point!
