Aren’t these just emojis from ChatGPT outputs probably being copy pasted into these systems? Not necessarily a bad thing, but they’re probably just embellishments for headings and subheadings that GPT-4o and others used to love.
There's not enough granular detail in their descriptive analysis to really determine where they're coming from – but, yea, ChatGPT's love of emojis makes it fairly likely.
Which is "fine" for patient-facing documentation, but a little cringe for documentation intended internally for other clinicians ....
