Ryan Radecki MD MSc FACEP FACEM has been blogging, tweeting, writing, and speaking on topics of emergency medicine, clinical informatics, and critical appraisal for almost two decades – starting at emlitofnote.com, growing into regular contributing roles with Annals of Emergency Medicine, ACEPNow!, and many others.

This Substack was created a bit in response to the Balkanization of social media, as a landing page for thoughts to be spread across multiple platforms. In contrast to the old EM Lit of Note, this aims to be a little more than a tweet and a little less than a full deep-dive – something that helps the author keep up writing despite the competing time pressures.
